PROLIFE Fertility Centre is a fertility ecosystem providing natural fertility programmes, assisted reproductive technology (IVF and IUI), surrogacy coordination, and reproductive wellness products. We operate from:
We use your personal information to: provide clinical and healthcare services; manage your care across our three pathways; process programme enrolments and product orders; communicate with you about your care; send educational content where you have consented; comply with Nigerian medical and data protection law; and to improve our services and website.

As a healthcare provider, PROLIFE is bound by the ethical and legal duty of medical confidentiality under Nigerian law and MDCN standards. Your medical records are only accessed by clinical personnel involved in your care.
We retain data as follows: Clinical records โ minimum 6 years after treatment (surrogacy records retained indefinitely); Financial records โ 7 years; Marketing consent โ until withdrawn; Website analytics โ up to 24 months. After the applicable period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
