1. About PROLIFE Fertility Centre

PROLIFE Fertility Centre is a fertility ecosystem operated by FON Organic Health Limited, a company incorporated in Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). We provide natural fertility programmes, assisted reproductive technology consultations (IVF and IUI), surrogacy coordination, and the sale of natural fertility and wellness products. Our registered address is: #34 Inuwa Wada Crescent, Utako, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.

2. Use of Our Website

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes including obtaining information about our services, booking consultations, purchasing products, accessing educational content, and contacting our team.

2.2 Prohibited Use

You must not use our website to engage in unlawful or fraudulent conduct; transmit unsolicited advertising; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; reproduce or redistribute our content without permission; or collect personal information about other users.

3. Our Services

3.1 Nature of Services

Our services are provided by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).

3.2 Booking and Appointments

• A consultation fee is payable at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
• Minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary, with prompt notification

3.3 Virtual Consultations

Virtual consultations are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate privacy. All virtual consultations are subject to the same clinical and confidentiality standards as in-person appointments.

3.4 Clinical Decisions

All clinical recommendations are based on information you provide and clinical assessment by our medical team. You must provide complete and accurate health information. PROLIFE accepts no liability for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the patient.

4. Products and Online Shop

4.1 Product Information

All products — including FertilityCode for Men, FertilityCode for Women, and Cleanse-Up — are NAFDAC-compliant natural health and wellness supplements manufactured by FON Organic Health Limited.

4.2 Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing
• We accept Paystack (Nigeria) and international bank transfer for overseas clients
• Prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise indicated

4.3 Returns and Refunds

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full product refund, excluding delivery costs
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective or damaged
• Defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
• Consultation fees are non-refundable except where PROLIFE cancels without offering a suitable alternative

5. Surrogacy Services

• All surrogacy arrangements are gestational and subject to Nigerian legal requirements
• All parties must sign a legally binding Surrogacy Agreement before any medical procedures commence
• PROLIFE provides medical supervision and coordination services. We do not provide legal representation — independent legal advice is strongly recommended
• Surrogacy programme fees are set out in your individual programme agreement
• PROLIFE does not guarantee surrogacy outcomes and accepts no liability for natural pregnancy losses or complications beyond our clinical control

6. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, logos, blog articles, product descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of PROLIFE Fertility Centre or FON Organic Health Limited and is protected under Nigerian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written consent. You may share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for convenience only. PROLIFE does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, PROLIFE's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee specific medical outcomes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria. International and diaspora clients agree to Nigerian court jurisdiction as a condition of using our services.
