Hormonal injections stimulate the ovaries to produce multiple follicles. You attend monitoring scans every 2–3 days to track follicle growth. Your protocol is adjusted in real time based on your response.
Eggs are retrieved under light sedation via ultrasound-guided procedure. They are fertilised in our embryology laboratory the same day using prepared sperm. Fertilisation results are communicated within 24 hours.
Embryos are cultured for 3–5 days. The highest-quality embryo is selected for transfer. The procedure takes approximately 15 minutes and is painless. Remaining good-quality embryos are vitrified for future cycles.
